We’re supposed to look forward to the holidays and hope that they will be a time of happiness, friendliness, fellowship, and harmony. But for many people, the holidays are a difficult time. Often our anticipation and excitement turn into feelings of anxiety and depression, commonly called holiday blues. Add the COVID pandemic to the mix and the holiday blues may hit people harder than ever before.
