The 988 Suicide Prevention & Crisis Lifeline goes live across the nation on July 16, 2022. This will be the greatest advancement in behavioral health crisis care in the nation’s history. CSSNV staff and volunteers are proud to be answering these 988 calls for the entire state of Nevada, 24/7/365, just as we have answered crisis calls from Nevadans for the past 56 years. Watch this video from SAMHSA to understand what 988 will mean to individuals of all walks of life, specifically, those who struggle with behavioral health, substance misuse, and suicidal thoughts. 988 will save lives!
